The REEVUE measures the oxygen that the body consumes. Using this measurement it calculates Resting Energy Expenditure (REE), commonly referred to as a Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR). This gives us insight abnormally low metabolic rates, teach energy balance, and pinpoint the precise caloric intake required for weight loss.
Within 10 minutes, we can understand the rate of your metabolism and better understand what we need to do to assist with your journey to optimal health. Your results will be reviewed with Katerina, our Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, along with a plan tailored to you, and recommendations for physician follow up.
